As of 13th of December 2019 2Entertain Norge AS has a Certified Management System from DNV∙GL working within the framework of DNVGL-ST-0030 standard, including Part 1: Crew manning Offices and Part 2: Private Recruitment and Placement Services. This has been renewed once a year since the original certification. A DNV certification is the gold standard of international certifications and 2Entertain is the first (and so far the only) entertainment company to achieve this status.

Key aspects of the certification:

• Independent evaluation: A recognized third party independently assesses 2Entertain’s management systems, reports findings, and documents results in the form of a certification.
• Strong risk management system: Emphasizing continuous performance improvements in quality, safety, and employee training and development related to onboard security.
• Compliance with Norwegian and international regulations: 2Entertain adheres to Norwegian flag state norms and regulations and complies with all requirements set by the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC).
• Commitment to fair working conditions: Ensuring that all personnel have working conditions in accordance with Norwegian labor laws and international industry standards.
